Adam Borisko is a Managing Consultant and Partner at Sterling Capital Brokers, Canada’s largest privately owned benefits & pension firm.
Adam has been a true steward of the cannabis sector and has been involved before legalization. Adam has extensive knowledge of evolution of coverages and limits within the healthcare insurance sector, and specializes in drug plan management, and overall total rewards strategies for all size businesses globally.
He believes in the rights for LP’s, clinics, retailers, and medical patients to have access to affordable insurance, advocating to have benefit programs cover medical cannabis and building intimate programs for all levels of the businesses within the cannabis sector. More recently Adam has been involved in creating some new innovative captive plans for cannabis businesses to offer their employees.
