Carole Chan
Carole Chan is the Chief Commercial and People Officer at VIVO Cannabis Inc, leading Sales, Marketing & Customer Care, and aligning the external and internal experiences of valued patients, partners and employees.
She joined VIVO in 2020 as the President of Harvest Medicine, where she led its evolution beyond a traditional medical cannabis clinic network to a center of research excellence utilizing clinical insights from nearly 200,000 visits to optimize patient outcomes.
Carole is a licensed pharmacist with over 13 years of commercial experience in the global pharmaceutical, medical device technology & cannabis industries. She has spent her career changing perceptions to reduce stigma and advocate for patients, working on often misunderstood brands and categories including Viagra®, Botox®, breast implants and cannabis.
Carole obtained both her Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Toronto.
