David leads all cannabis brand building activity within Rouge Media’s industry leading Legal Audience Branding Solutions (LABS) network. Rouge LABS is a collection of over 2000 age gated nightlife environments across Canada and offers cannabis brands an effective and compliant platform to boost awareness among adult audiences.
Prior to joining Rouge Media, David spent over 11 years leading multiple B2B & B2C marketing initiatives with Philip Morris International in Canada. He has extensive expertise directing customized brand building programs, as well as strategic marketing plans in highly legislated and regulated market environments. David has proven ability steering strategy, Tobacco and Cannabis brand preference and information advertising into dynamic consumer/retail/employee solutions and best-in-class market positions.
David is also an Auxly Cannabis Group Advisory Board member and advises the company and its streaming partners on responsible cannabis marketing in the Canadian market place. David also acts as a Strategic Advisor for Lift & Co.
