
Erin Gratton
Erin has dedicated the past 18 years to workplace education, and her contributions have evolved in unique and interesting since. As a nationally accredited HR leader, Erin has focused on learning strategy, employee onboarding, and employment law associated education.
Following an early career in global corporate HR & Learning, Erin founded her first HR practice, Gratton Consulting, in 2012. Gratton Consulting helps small and medium businesses implement learning strategies and programs to empower teams to meet organizational goals and growth demands.
In 2018, Erin transitioned into the Canadian cannabis industry and patient advocacy. Following a significant accident, she medicated with cannabis for chronic pain and depression, and harnessed the plant’s power to rehabilitate back to work safely. Erin founded High Values in 2019, an organization dedicated to HR education and support for the broader Canadian cannabis workforce.
Erin is passionate about educating leaders and employees on cannabis in the workplace, and has recently launched a ‘Cannabis Bias at Work’ program to mitigate stigma against vulnerable workers.
