Noah works with a diverse group of franchise and distribution companies, assisting with legal and regulatory issues, contractual drafting, intellectual property, and compliance with Canadian franchise disclosure legislation.
Noah works with a wide variety of cannabis industry participants, including: licensed and pre-licensed cultivators, processors and retailers in Canada. Noah is at the forefront of retail cannabis programs in Canada, assisting some of the country’s largest cannabis industry participants in the creation, growth, and maintenance of their retail cannabis systems.
Noah also represents emerging companies and works with these clients on incorporation, organization and financing, shareholder agreements, employee stock option plans, and a variety of other commercial agreements.
